I've seen her checking people in, directing the line, seating people, comp'ing people to different restaurants, checking people's points for them to name a few things. She has always been so helpful and kind to me and anyone else who comes into the lounge. I frequently gamble here and go into the lounge upstairs to have a bite to eat or a drink. If you are a big gambler and have an Elite or Club 100 card, be sure to check out the VIP lounge on the second floor on the weekends.
